Shipping policy

Shipping rates (US): Free standard shipping on orders $70 and over. Orders under $70 ship for a flat $8.00. Your shipping cost is shown at checkout before you pay.

Processing time: 1–3 business days (Mon–Fri, excluding US holidays). You'll get a tracking number by email when your order ships.

Delivery time after processing: Items marked "Ships from the US" usually arrive in 5–10 business days. All other items ship from partner warehouses overseas and usually arrive in 7–15 business days.

Items in one order may arrive in separate packages at no extra cost. Delivery times are estimates and can be affected by carriers, weather, or holidays, so order gifts early.

Where we ship: United States only.

Late, lost, or damaged: If your order hasn't arrived within 30 days of purchase or arrives damaged, see our Refund Policy. We'll send a replacement or a full refund.
